Based on the special combination of Chan philosophy and Buddhism background, training involves not only the training of one’ state of mind, but also one’s whole body, which covers the hands, eyes, body, footwork, and martial applications so that they will act as one, naturally and effortlessly.

Chan meditation

Chan from Sanskrit dhyana meaning "meditation" or "meditative state" is a Chinese school of Mahayana Buddhism. It developed in China from the 6th century CE onwards, becoming especially popular during the Tang and Song dynasties.

Meditation is a process of connecting the mind with the divine. The ancient art of meditation has been practiced for centuries and has helped numerous people attain enlightenment. The Shaolin meditation technique is not religious or ritualistic, but spiritual.
